We do not charge you an additional fee to use our photographs in your advertising - we simply remind you of federal copyright laws protecting our images. You must supply the publication or graphic designer with the ORIGINAL 8x10 photo for use in advertising. We can provide the publication with an electronic image for your convenience. Our copyright logo or photo credit MUST be given for all our photos you use in print or web advertising. It is ILLEGAL for you to make copies of any copyrighted professional photograph. This includes scanning and emailing the photos. Contact us for copyright information. Releases will be provided for advertising use as needed. If you have any questions regarding this please contact us. There's a great article appearing in the January 2006 issue of The American Quarter Horse Journal addressing many questions you may have on this issue.
Horse Show Photography:
One 8x10 for each pose taken at the backdrop. $40.00. Additional 8x10 of the SAME POSE/IMAGE are just $28.00 on same order, if ordered at the same time.
Additional copies and sizes may be ordered at this time (saving you money and time) or at a later date.
Images on CD or by email for advertising will only be provided to an Ad Agency or Publication. For your convenience, we offer full AD DESIGN services.
Photos may be taken away from the backdrop, weather and show schedule permitting.
